  • Go-To Dinner Dish: Can’t say I really have one. I plan all my meals in advance, but if I’m just using up ingredients I generally whip up some scrambled eggs with whatever veggies, lean protein, and cheese I have on hand

  • Favorite Person To Cook For: Friends and family
  • Dish You’re Most Proud Of: Any baked good that looks impressive, such as a braided bread, that turns out well makes me feel like I’m a “real cook.”

  • Best Part Of My Day: Those 5 minutes immediately after I’m done with my workout for the day. I always feel proud of myself and know that I’ve worked hard, done something good, and banked some calories for the day.
